Greg has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Constellation Energy Projects & Services (CEPS) since January 2000. Previously, he was Vice President - Business Development. He began his career with Constellation Energy Projects and Services (CEPS) in 1998, serving as Director - Sales and Marketing.

Prior to joining Constellation, he was employed by Johnson Controls, Inc. in the Baltimore office. During his twelve year career at JCI, he advanced through a series of management positions, including Project Manager, Sales Manager, and Branch Manager.

As president, he assesses opportunities and executes strategies to meet profit, growth, and customer satisfaction objectives. He also implements, and inspects processes for successful project development and ensures contract compliance and energy savings.

With over 19 years of experience in the energy industry, he has overseen the sales and implementation of hundreds of millions of dollars in energy projects. He has particular expertise in HVAC, electrical and temperature control systems for government, commercial and institutional facilities. In addition, he has extensive experience in sales, marketing and operations.

He earned a Bachelors Degree at the University of Maryland and an MBA at University of Maryland University College.
