Mr. Geanopulos joined Constellation Energy Projects and Services (CEPS) this year as Senior Vice President of Business Development with more than a decade of experience in energy-related businesses. 

Prior to joining Constellation, he was the Founder and President of CLT Efficient Technologies Group with full responsibility for the management and performance of the company. In addition to those duties as President, Mr. Geanopulos was particularly involved in the development and execution of the company’s business plan and sales strategy.

As Senior Vice President, Troy manages a national sales team and develops strategies to best position Constellation within target markets.  He works closely with the company’s sales staff through its sales process to ensure the efficient use of company resources through the careful qualification of, and strategy for, project opportunities.

His vision and experience in the energy services industry was instrumental throughout his career.  He has consistently identified industry trends and has been able to translate them in a meaningful way to both staff and clients to meet goals.

He earned a Bachelors Degree at Dickinson College in Pennsylvania.
