Ron Melchior, Vice President of Renewable Energy, joined Constellation Energy Projects & Services in 2005, and has 31 years of project management and project development experience.

As the newly created Vice President of Renewable Energy Projects, Ron is responsible for initiating, developing, planning, executing, controlling and closing out all renewable energy projects. His expertise is managing design/build, EPC, and plans-and-specs projects for complex solar, mechanical, electrical and general construction projects. He is involved in all aspects of a project’s lifecycle, including development, integration, scope, scheduling, cost, quality control, human resource management, communications, risk, and procurement.

Prior to joining CEPS, Mr. Melchior held similar positions at Limbach Company LLC, the Poole and Kent Company, and Bechtel Power Corporation.
