Mr. Campbell joined Constellation Energy Projects and Services (CEPS) this year as Vice President of Business Operations with more than 20 years of experience in energy-related businesses.

Rob leads Business Operations for CEPS helping the company to innovate and scale by designing business processes and organizational structure that optimize the development and delivery of energy solutions. This specifically involves: creating an organizational structure that can adapt to the ever changing needs of customers and the energy solutions market; overseeing IT solutions that help drive greater success, efficiencies and quality control; and forming employee incentive programs that target and drive customer-focused behavior throughout the organization.

Mr. Campbell has extensive experience working with engineering and construction teams to plan and manage energy performance and consulting contracts from development through implementation, as well as managing financial risk related to long-term contracts and performance guarantees.

Prior to joining CEPS, Rob was the Chief Operating Officer for CLT Efficient Technologies Group where he was instrumental in creating the structure the company needed to grow 800% in the three years he was an officer of the company. Rob has served in capacities within the energy services sector including: engineer, project manager, operations manager, business development manager and senior management.

Rob has a Bachelor’s of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an Honor’s Masters of Business Administration Degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
